At the end of six months, you will emerge calm, confident, and sure of yourself — with a uniquely aligned plan to help you live your legacy, every day.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Live Your Legacy Bi-Monthly One-on-One Coaching (“the Program”). By enrolling in this Program, you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Description

Live Your Legacy Bi-Monthly One-on-One Coaching is a six-month private coaching engagement for accomplished women who are ready to build a life and next chapter that is uniquely aligned with who they are. The Program includes two 60-minute private coaching sessions per month (twice monthly), plus access to the Coach between sessions via phone, email, or text for questions, decisions, and real-time support.

Payment

By enrolling in the Program, Participant acknowledges and agrees to six consecutive monthly payments, each covering two coaching sessions charged automatically to the credit card on file. This is a fixed-term engagement, not an ongoing subscription; payments do not continue automatically beyond the six-month period.

Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel at any time with one month’s written notice sent to jen@theingeniouscoach.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the notice period, and no further charges will be made after that date. Payments for partial months are not refunded.

Refund Policy

The Live Your Legacy Bi-Monthly One-on-One Coaching Program does not offer refunds for partial months. Monthly payments already processed are non-refundable. Cancellation with proper written notice stops future charges at the end of the notice period.

Non-Medical Program

Live Your Legacy Bi-Monthly One-on-One Coaching is an educational and coaching program. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness. Participants are advised to consult with a qualified medical or mental health professional for any health-related concerns.

Participant Responsibility

Participants understand that the value of the Program is shaped by their willingness to engage honestly and show up for their sessions. There are no required exercises or mandatory materials. Participants are encouraged to bring whatever is alive for them — and to come even when they haven’t prepared anything at all.

Confidentiality

All information shared by the Participant during coaching sessions and interactions with the Coach will be kept confidential, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including worksheets and coaching content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any Program materials without prior written consent.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude throughout the Program. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in the termination of participation without a refund.

Disclaimer

While the Program aims to provide valuable insights and strategies, results may vary from person to person. Participants accept full responsibility for their actions and outcomes during and after the Program.

Modification of Terms

The organizers of the Program reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes and will have the option to opt-out if they do not agree with the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By enrolling in Live Your Legacy Bi-Monthly One-on-One Coaching, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. They also acknowledge that they have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Program with full knowledge of its nature and contents.
