The Ingeniorati are original thinkers — accomplished women who have stopped pretending the standard answers are enough. Each week in the Idea Lab, we take on one topic and stay with it: four Friday conversations, one month, something that shifts. Not because we tell you what to think, but because the room draws out what you already know.

One member put it simply: "Sometimes I don't know what I'm going to say until it falls out of my mouth. And I'm surprised by myself."

That's what this is for.

The conversations are personal. They are also, quietly, the foundation for everything else — how you lead, how you build, how you decide what comes next. Members cite them regularly as the unexpected engine of their business growth.

Jen Mallory, ICF-PCC, facilitates — which means she creates the conditions for everyone to be heard, and names what she actually sees. The wisdom that emerges belongs to the room.

The Society of Ingenious Women: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Society of Ingenious Women monthly membership ("the Membership"). By enrolling in this Membership, you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Description: The Society of Ingenious Women Membership is an ongoing monthly subscription-based community designed to enhance emotional intelligence, develop new personal skills, nurture a supportive community, and improve overall well-being.
Automatic Monthly Renewal: By enrolling in the Membership, Participants acknowledge and agree to automatic monthly renewals. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed each month, and the Participant's credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: Participants have the right to cancel their subscription at any time without incurring any additional fees. To cancel, Participants must contact our support team at jen@theingeniouscoach.com. The cancellation will be effective immediately, and no further charges will be made.
Refund Policy: The Society of Ingenious Women Membership does not offer refunds for partial months. Participants can cancel at any time, and their access to any The Society of Ingenious Women Membership special materials will remain available for one year following the cancellation date.
Non-Medical Program: The Society of Ingenious Women Membership is for educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness. Participants are advised to consult with a qualified medical or mental health professional for any health-related concerns.
Participant Responsibility: Participants understand that the success of the Membership depends on their commitment, engagement, and active participation.
Confidentiality: All information shared by the Participant during Idea Lab or other online interactions with the Coach will be kept confidential, except as required by law. Participants agree to keep the content of the group meetings confidential.
Intellectual Property: All Program materials, including videos, worksheets, and coaching content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any Program materials without prior written consent.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude throughout the Membership. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in the termination of participation without a refund.
Disclaimer: While the Membership aims to provide valuable insights and strategies, results may vary from person to person. Participants accept full responsibility for their actions and outcomes during and after the Membership.
Modification of Terms: The organizers of the Membership reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes and will have the option to opt-out if they do not agree with the revised terms.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By enrolling in The Society of Ingenious Women Membership, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. They also acknowledge that they have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Membership with full knowledge of its nature and contents.
